In a recent national survey, most Americans said they'd accept an invitation
to attend a church during Easter season if someone would simply invite them!
They are waiting to be asked!"

MOUNT CALVARY LUTHERAN CHURCH is “Pointing the Way” with multiple
opportunities to prepare for and celebrate the true meaning of Easter.

Special services during Holy Week continue on Maundy Thursday, March 20, at
7:00 p.m. Reclining around the table for the Passover Seder, Jesus
instituted what is known as the Lord's Supper or the Sacrament of the Altar,
which will be celebrated this evening.

On Good Friday, March 21, a service of Tenebrae (increasing darkness) will
begin at 7:30 p.m., reflecting on our Lord’s final words from the cross.
The choir will provide special music for the service.

Easter Sunday, March 23, begins with Sunrise Worship at 7:00 a.m. Easter
Breakfast follows at 8:00 a.m., served by local members traveling to the
Appalachia Service Project this summer. The Bible Hour begins at 9:00 a.m.,
followed by Festival Worship and Holy Communion at 10:15 a.m.. The Mount
Calvary Choir and Orchestra will provide special music for the Easter
Services. Pastor Jeff Wilhelm will preach on the title: “Head, Shoulders,
Knees and Toes.”

Mount Calvary Lutheran Church invites the community to join them in these
special services during Holy Week, Easter, and throughout the year. Mount
Calvary Lutheran Church is located at 908 W Oak Street, Greenville, across
