[Technology Updates] Fw: revised proposal

[Pastor Jeff Wilhelm - Mount Calvary Greenville]

Greetings everyone!  After our conference call with Fowler Wednesday, a few changes and options were incorporated, resulting in a revised proposal (atch'd).  It really isn't too much different from last proposal ... a remote pointer/advancer is now included.  

-- Mounting hardware (approx. $300) could be removed if we prefer to use a shelf for greater portability.  
-- Rack Smart (approx. $1500) could be swapped out for a workstation desk (approx. $3000).  I'll be forwarding this separately.  

I've also received info from Fowler with further specs on projectors and computer workstations. (Desktop vs Laptop decision is up to us ... same cost)
I'm not going to forward everything via this ListServ due to file size constraints.  Let me know if you'd like to receive everything Fowler has sent and I can forward them individually.  (some of the files are quite large -- over 1MB) 

A quote is due by tomorrow, Friday, from Nomad Internet.  Dick Simmons and I will each receive a copy.  

IS IT POSSIBLE TO WORK TOWARD A DECISION BY THIS SUNDAY?  I believe it would be in our best interest to make a decision before Christmas or the end of the year.  What do you think?
