[Technology Updates] Eagle bid revamped

I just spoke with Pete Baird and I am working on some price cuts.  When comparing Eagle's equipment to Fowler's it is kind of apples to oranges.  I told Pete that we would like to make a decision this week.
 
When I looked at Fowler's bid I see a couple of things that are overkill.  Such as the projector is more than we need.  A video amplifier is not needed because it is a rear projection so the cables are short.  The switcher/scalar allows picture-in-picture, but do we need it.  The computer/monitors we can figure out ourselves.  This is the end of the year for vendors.  Once we get Eagles quote, lets get together and select a system.  A contract signed by the end of the year will get our 2007 price.
 
If we have funds left over, keep in mind that we will need an electrician and a desk, etc.
 
If there is another DIY suggestion, bring it.  Time is running out so look at your calendars for the end of this week.
